Today we harvested and milled the Spanish Olio Nuevo and it's immensely green! The flavor packs a punch with all those amazing polyphenols. It looks like green jello, but I promise, it's just marvelous extra virgin olive oil, fresh from the farm. We will have a very limited amount of this, don't hesitate to get a bottle while you can❤️🫒
